While you respond to that, here's what you need to do: Was any BIOS or Windows update installed on your device before the issue occurred? Have you attempted to check if the monitor works on the BIOS screen?

Downloaded the latest drivers from ATI and installed them.Done a windows update on the screen drivers.Set power saving to not turn off the screens.

Turned screen save to be 20 minutes plus.Checked physical connections are screwed in.After a few seconds the screens blank again and the Pc returns to using both monitors. The screens blank, then the display shows on the other monitor. The monitors go into power saving mode showing a message that they are about to go to sleep - it is the same message as when you turn off the pc or pull out the video cable. One connected via VGA D-Sub and the other via the DVI port (using a convertor to change from DVI to a VGA cable). Two monitors on an ATI HD 5400 graphics card. One of the PCs is having monitor trouble. The Dell PCs are identical model and purchased at the same time - client wanted them upgraded from windows 7 to 10. I've just installed Windows 10 on two Dell PCs.
